  2. Go to your nearest Animal Shelter and adopt a pet. Teach your children the responsibility of pet care and they will reap the reward of their pets lifetime of loyalty.
  3. Take a hike or run a marathon, you'll be glad you did. 
  4. Do Yoga, at any level you will immediately feel the benefits.
